Prepare yourself for our Annual Summer Social! This year’s event will be held at Sawnee Mountain Preserve and we will have Chick-fil-A bringing some food!

We would love to offer up a few services or even recommendations on a new services page we are working on. If you are a resident of Stillwater, and want to offer up any services to our community members, please send your contact information along with your services to webmaster@stillwaterhoa.com or feel free to use the Contact Page. A few examples could be Handyman/Repair services, Pet Sitter, Baby Sitter, Yard Maintenance, or even a Math Tutor, anything you would like to offer up to our residents.

This is open to All Residents and even to Youth looking for summer work!

If you are a new resident or a current resident who uses another pickup service, you now have to option to choose Advanced Disposal for a new lower rate. Subdivision Yard Sale!

The Stillwater Community is coming together for a subdivision yard sale! Members are encouraged to collect your belongings and welcome guests to our neighborhoods. On April the 13th and 14th we want to show our community pride and take the chance to clear our some clutter and trade it for some money. This is the perfect time to list a few items on Offer Up, Let Go or other online services and direct them to visit us on Friday and Saturday, April 13 & 14.
